1. Agreement

2. Course Details
- The Course consists of two one-on-one coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.

3. Payment

- The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by the Client during the Course.

7. Limitation of Liability
- The Coach will make every effort to provide valuable and accurate information during the Course.
- However, the Coach is not responsible for any specific outcomes or results achieved by the Client.
- The Coach's liability is limited to the amount of the course fee.
8. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for showing up to the scheduled meeting times through the Kajabi video call app.
- The client is responsible for having the required technology and internet connection to attend online meetings.
- The client is responsible for participating in the coaching sessions, and doing any assigned homework.
9. Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
10. Amendments
